Easy No-Churn Ice Cream

This homemade, no-churn ice cream recipe is one of my favorite ice cream recipes ever. You won’t believe how good these ice cream are until you try them. They are super creamy and smooth! For me, much better than ice cream I used to buy at a supermarket.

Yes, these gorgeous ice creams are really made without an ice cream maker! And they are so so simple to make!

The recipe is quick, easy, and you just need 3 ingredients to make the base and the first flavor (if you like – vanilla) – condensed milk, whipping cream, and vanilla extract! That’s it!

You’re going to love this recipe:

  • You can invent as many different flavors as you want!
  • You just need a simple hand mixer or a blender!
  • So easy to make!
  • No-churn creamy, smooth texture. It’s incredible.
  • It is a very forgiving recipe!

So how to make this easy no-churn ice cream at home? Prepare a big bowl, a hand mixer (or blender), and you’re ready to go!

Make your own flavors

The base consists of heavy cream, vanilla extract, and condensed milk. That’s it! 3 ingredients!

When you have the base ready, you can add whatever you want to create your own flavors. Possibilities are endless! However, when you add liquid ingredients like fruit purees, it may affect the creaminess of the ice cream.

I would rather go with ingredients like crushed cookies, peanut butter, chopped nuts, cereal, shredded coconut, or chopped chocolate for this recipe. Feel free to experiment! Try different combinations and discover what you like the most!

I went with 2 flavors: Ritz crackers and Oreo cookies. So delicious!

How to serve ice cream

These ice creams are absolutely amazing alone! But from time to time I want something extraordinary. 🙂

Then, I serve my ice creams with homemade coconut salted caramel, chopped nuts, and fresh fruits! The dessert of my dreams!

You can store ice cream in your freezer for 3-4 weeks. But they’ll be gone much, much sooner. I am sure! 🙂

3

Pour the ice cream into 2 containers (for 2 different flavors), eg. air-proof plastic or glass one. Cover eg. with a double layer of aluminum foil.
