Baked Oatmeal With Fruits is a delicious breakfast or brunch idea that can easily feed a crowd. Gorgeous, seasonal fruits, nutritious rolled oats, and warming spices - this is a super easy and fun recipe that you're going to love.

 10 tbsp Old-fashioned rolled oats
 2 tbsp Coconut oil (or butter)
 2 tbsp Coconut sugar (or honey/maple syrup/white sugar, to taste)
 4 Peaches (or other fruits like bananas, apples, pears, strawberries, plums etc.)
 1 pinch Cinnamon and nutmeg
  cup Hot water
 1 tbsp Chopped nuts or shredded coconut (optional)
To serve (optional)
 Peanut butter, chopped dark chocolate, cream.

Preheat the oven to 190 Celsius degrees.

Slice your fruits of choice and place into a small baking dish or a cast-iron skillet. Add sugar and mix together.

In a small bowl mix together rolled oats with coconut oil, spices, nuts/coconut if using, and hot water. Let it soak for 5 minutes.

Top fruits with oatmeal and transfer to the oven. Bake for around 20 minutes.

Serve warm topped additionally with peanut butter, chopped chocolate, cream, etc.
