500 g Ground beef (or pork, or mix)
 1 Small onion
 3 Garlic cloves (minced)
 800 g Canned tomatoes (or 700g passata)
½ cup Chicken broth (or beef broth)
 2 tsp Honey
 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tbsp Soy sauce (all-purpose or light)
  cup Heavy cream (or mascarpone)
 2 Bay leaves
 1 tsp Dried oregano
 1 tsp Dried basil
 1 tsp Dried thyme
 1 tsp Smoked paprika
 Salt and pepper
 360 g Spaghetti
 Parmesan cheese (grated, to taste)

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat a large pan or pot with a little bit of oil and cook onions and garlic until soft, around 2 minutes.

Add meat and cook it for around 5 minutes stirring often, until brown.

Add all the spices, sauces, honey, canned tomatoes, and broth.

Bring to boil and simmer energetically for 25 minutes, stirring from time to time. Without covering the pot/pan!

Add cream and simmer 5 minutes more.

In the meantime, cook pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss everything together for a few seconds.

Serve with grated parmesan on top!
