In all my recipes 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml, 1 tablespoon equals 15 ml, 1 cup equals 250 ml. Spoons and cups are lightly packed.

  cup Old-fashioned, rolled oats
 1 cup Milk (I used an almond milk)
 3 Pieces of dark chocolate
 3 Dates (fresh or dried)
 Fresh fruits to serve
 Shredded coconut to serve

Finely chop dates.

Add oats, milk, dates to a small pot. Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes, until oats are soft.

Add chocolate and stir constantly until chocolate is melted.

Serve hot with fresh fruits and shredded coconut.
