This Cold Brew Affogato With Dark Chocolate is a simple recipe with sweet vanilla ice cream, intense cold brew coffee, chopped dark chocolate, and salted caramel. It's easy, quick, and absolutely delicious. The ice cream doesn't melt fast and instead it stays nice and cold so you can enjoy it longer!
Place ground coffee in a jar or French press and cover with room-temperature water. Leave it to steep for 12-24 hours (in room-temperature).
Strain the coffee.
Keep it in a jar or glass bottle in a fridge.
Prepare 2 mugs/glasses. Place 1-2 scoops of ice cream in each mug. Pour over the cold coffee.
Optionally, top with chopped dark chocolate and warm salted caramel.
