Beat heavy cream with a hand or stand mixer (you can even use a blender) until thick and fluffy.
Add condensed milk and mix together using the mixer again.
Add crushed Oreo cookies and mix again. I like my cookies to be totally crushed to a sand-like consistency, but you can crush it to bigger pieces.
Pour the ice cream into a container, eg. air-proof plastic or glass one. Cover.
Freeze for at least 6h.
The more you freeze the harder it gets - take it out from the freezer a few minutes before serving if it's in the freeze more than 10h.
