Crispy chicken, tasty veggies, and gorgeous white wine sauce make a perfect dinner or lunch idea.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix 1 tablespoon of oil with thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the chicken and set aside.
Wash and chop the leeks. Transfer the chopped leeks into the baking dish.
Add peas, garlic cloves (no need to peel!), white wine, a pinch of salt and pepper. Optionally, add heavy cream. Mix.
Place the chicken on top.
Bake for 50 minutes.
