  cup Milk (room temperature)
 ½ cup Plain flour
 3 Eggs (room temperature)
 ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
 1 pinch Salt
 1 tsp Sugar
 3 tbsp Butter
  cup Blueberries
 1 tbsp Icing sugar
 1 tsp Butter

Preheat the oven to 220 Celsius degrees. Put a cast-iron skillet (or ovenproof glass dish) with 3 tablespoons of butter inside.


With a blender or mixer, mix together milk, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt until the batter is smooth.


When the skillet (or baking dish) is hot and the butter is bubbling, remove it carefully from the oven. Pour batter into the center of the skillet.


Bake until puffed and golden, around 20 minutes.


Top with 1 tablespoon of butter, icing sugar, and blueberries.


Serve warm!
