If you’re an ice cream lover, you will definitely like this Easy No-Churn Ice Cream. You don’t need any special tools to make this delicious, no-churn ice creams at home. It’s a super simple recipe, without ice cream maker!

Easy No-Churn Ice Cream

 790 g Sweetened condensed milk (2 cans)
 946 ml Whipping cream
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 10 Oreo cookies (crushed, or other cookies of choice)
 16 Ritz crackers (crushed, or nuts, chocolate etc.)

In a large bowl, beat heavy cream with a hand or stand mixer (you can even use a blender) until thick and fluffy.

Add condensed milk, vanilla extract, and mix together.

Pour the ice cream into 2 containers (for 2 different flavors), eg. air-proof plastic or glass one. Cover eg. with a double layer of aluminum foil.

To one container add crushed Oreo cookies and mix again. To other container add crackers (or another "flavor" you want to use) and mix.

Freeze for at least 8h.

The more you freeze the harder your ice cream will be - take it out from the freezer a few minutes before serving if it's in the freezer more than 12h.
