Made with store-bought puff pastry will be on your table in less than 30 minutes! Golden pastry, flavourful prosciutto, and runny yolks - gorgeous!

Egg, Prosciutto, And Mozzarella Tart

 1 Sheet of puff pastry
 1 cup Mozzarella (grated)
 100 g Prosciutto
 4 Eggs
 Salt and pepper
 3 tbsp Tomato sauce/Pesto/Sour cream
 Chives/Parsley/Dill/Chilli (to top)

Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees.


Line a baking tray with the piece of baking paper. Place the pastry on the prepared baking tray.


Spread tomato sauce/sour cream/pesto on the pastry, keeping the edges clean. Bake the tart for 10 minutes

Egg, Prosciutto, And Mozzarella Tart


Remove the tart from the oven. Add grated cheese and prosciutto. Shape prosciutto to into little nests to make space for eggs and prevent them from running. Add eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake until egg whites are cooked, but yolks are still soft, for about 10 minutes. Be careful with the timing - watch eggs carefully.
