 1 Bell pepper
 1 Tomato
 1 cup Passata - tomato purée (or 1 can of tomatoes)
 ½ Onion
 100 g Sausage
 ½ cup Sweet corn kernels
 ½ tsp Smoked paprika powder
 ½ tsp Sweet paprika powder
 1 pinch Chilli flakes (or cayenne pepper)
 1 tsp Thyme
 1 tsp Oregano
 ½ tsp Sugar
 ½ cup Broth (or water)
 Salt and pepper
 Lard
To serve
 Bread or rice

Chop tomatoes and pepper. Peel and finely chop the onion. Slice the sausage.

Heat a large pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of lard. Add sausage and cook until it starts getting nicely brown. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes more.

Add pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, passata, broth or water, and all the spices.

Lower the heat and simmer for around 20 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Serve!
