Tropical heaven in a glass! This refreshing Mango & Passion Fruit Smoothie is ideal for hot summer days. If you've never put basil in a smoothie, you haven't really lived! Try this delicious smoothie packed with tropical fruits, lime, ginger, and fresh basil for a nutritious and quick breakfast! Gorgeous!

 1 Mango
 2 Passion fruits (or 1/2 cup of frozen passion fruit pulp)
 1 Lime (juice)
 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
 2 tbsp Honey (or agave syrup, sugar)
 Ice cubes (a few)
 ½ cup Water
 Fresh basil leaves (a few)

Peel the mango and cut into large chunks. Transfer to the blender.


Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the seeds and flesh with a spoon. Transfer to the blender.


Add lime juice, grated ginger, basil leaves, honey, water, and ice cubes.


Blend until smooth. Taste and add more honey if needed. Blend again.


Serve cold!
