Peel the mango and cut into large chunks. Transfer to the blender.
Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the seeds and flesh with a spoon. Transfer to the blender.
Add lime juice, grated ginger, basil leaves, honey, water, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth. Taste and add more honey if needed. Blend again.
