This delicious Pecan Apple Crumble is full of sweet, tender apples, warming spices, and crispy pecan topping. An incredibly comforting dessert that you can prepare in less than 1 hour! You'll be surprised how easy it is!
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Peel and cut the apples into 2cm chunks. Transfer the apples to the baking dish, add sugar, vanilla extract, and mix together.
In a big bowl mix flour, oats, pecans, sugar, and cinnamon. Chop the butter into small cubes and add to the flour mixture. Rub in with fingertips until it resembles a crumb texture.
Cover the fruit with the crumble mixture. Bake for around 30 minutes, until golden.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce!
