In all myย recipes 1ย teaspoon equals 5 ml, 1 tablespoon equals 15 ml, 1 cup equals 250 ml. Spoons and cups are lightly packed.

 8 Chicken drumsticks (or 4 large chicken thighs)
 ½ cup Chinese plum sauce
 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce (or 1 teaspoon five-spice powder)
 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
 2 tbsp Honey
 ¼ cup Soy sauce
 3 Garlic cloves (minced)
 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
 Chilli flakes/cayenne pepper (to taste)
 Salt and pepper

Mix all marinade ingredients, add chicken, and marinate for a 1 hour at least.

Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees.

Place chicken with all marinade in a baking dish.

Bake the chicken for 60 minutes. While the chicken is baking, often take it out the chicken from the oven, spoon over the sauce, and transfer back.
