Roughly chop tomatoes, carrot, celery stick, and onion. Place veggies, bay leaves, allspice berries, and chopped fresh parsley in a pot and bring to boil. Cover, lower the heat and simmer over low heat for 1 hour, stirring from time to time.
Remove bay leaves and allspice berries. Blend tomatoes until smooth.
Strain blended tomatoes back to the pot.
Only skins, seeds, etc. should be left.
Add broth, sugar, and bring to boil. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with cooked egg noodles or pasta, finely chopped parsley, and cream.
