Vegan and gluten-free, this Snickers Chia Pudding With Salted Coconut Caramel is seriously delicious!
Mix chia seeds with almond milk and maple syrup. Keep it in the fridge for at least 1h - until the liquid is absorbed. The best idea is to do it the night before, so you have it ready for breakfast the next day.
Add peanut butter and mix. If your peanut butter is really thick, you will need to heat it a bit - so it will blend easier.
Top with chopped chocolate, peanuts and warm caramel. The warm caramel will melt the chocolate a bit and it'll be just PERFECT.
