Spicy Mango Salsa

Delicious Spicy Mango Salsa made with ripe mango, spicy chili, refreshing lime juice, red onion, and a handful of cilantro. This gorgeous fruity salsa makes the perfect summer salad or a side dish!

In all my recipes 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml, 1 tablespoon equals 15 ml, 1 cup equals 250 ml. Spoons and cups are lightly packed.

 2 cups Fresh, ripe mango
 ½ Small red onion
 1 Lime (juice)
 1 Red chilli (or less, to taste)
 ½ cup Cilantro leaves
 1 pinch Salt

Finely slice the onion (super finely!) and place in a bowl with ice-cold water. Leave it for 10 minutes to soak, then drain.

Prepare the rest of the ingredients - cut the mango into bite-size cubes, finely chop the chilli pepper, finely chop the cilantro.

In a big bowl mix together mango, onion, chili, cilantro, lime juice. Season with a little bit of salt and mix. Taste and add more lime juice or salt if needed.

Chill down in a fridge for a few minutes.
