Fresh spicy pineapple salsa recipe that's easy to make, full of flavor, and totally addictive! This gorgeous juicy salsa goes perfectly with Mexican, South American, Carribean, and South East Asian dishes! It'll brighten up your meal!

In all my recipes 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml, 1 tablespoon equals 15 ml, 1 cup equals 250 ml. Spoons and cups are lightly packed.

 2 cups Fresh, cubed pineapple
 1 Red chilli
 ½ cup Fresh cilantro leaves
 1 Red bell pepper (optional)
 1 Avocado (optional)
 1 Lime (juice)
 1 tbsp Honey
 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
 1 pinch Salt and pepper

Peel and cut the pineapple into small cubes. Finely chop cilantro and chilli. If using, cut bell pepper into small cubes, cut the avocado into small cubes, and finely chop the red onion.

In a mug or jar, mix together lime juice, honey, grated ginger with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, pour over the dressing and mix.
