Vegan and gluten-free, this Snickers Chia Pudding With Salted Coconut Caramel is seriously delicious! After all, who doesn’t like Snickers?! A super quick and easy breakfast (or dessert) that will be on your table just in few minutes! Homemade, beautiful chia pudding for all sweet lovers out there!

Snickers Chia Pudding With Salted Coconut Caramel

I’m a huge fan of Snickers. It’s my favorite chocolate bar! It’s just so good. And this simple breakfast (or dessert) is a perfect way to enjoy similar flavors at your home in just a few minutes. It’s like a dream come true. Plus, it’s gluten and dairy free.

I’m using almond milk and salted, roasted peanuts for this recipe. But you can totally go with different milk and add natural peanuts (healthier!).

But please roast them on a pan! It makes all the difference.
Feel free to top it with your favorite fruits. Blueberries, strawberries or maybe pomegranate? Whatever you want!

It’s delicious and super easy to make.

However, you’ll need the coconut salted caramel. Don’t feel intimidated to make it. It’s seriously easy to make! And most importantly, absolutely delicious!

Why this Snickers Chia Pudding is SO GOOD?

  1. It’s sweet and salty.
  2. It’s covered with the best coconut salted caramel.
  3. It’s full of roasted peanuts.
  4. Chocolate!
  5. Peanut butter!!

You get my point. It’s just unbelievably tasty.

In all my recipes 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml, 1 tablespoon equals 15 ml, 1 cup equals 250 ml. Spoons and cups are lightly packed.

  cup Almond milk
 2 tbsp Chia seeds
 1 tbsp Peanut butter
 1 tsp Sugar
 Dark chocolate
 2 tbsp Coconut salted caramel
 2 tbsp Salted peanuts
 1 tsp Shredded coconut (optional)
 2 tbsp Blueberries (optional)

1

Mix chia seeds with almond milk and maple syrup. Keep it in the fridge for at least 1h - until the liquid is absorbed. The best idea is to do it the night before, so you have it ready for breakfast the next day.

2

Add peanut butter and mix. If your peanut butter is really thick, you will need to heat it a bit - so it will blend easier.

3

Top with chopped chocolate, peanuts and warm caramel. The warm caramel will melt the chocolate a bit and it'll be just PERFECT.
